All invoices are billed in Vietnamese Dong. However, if you wish to pay using USD, a fixed exchange rate will be set at the time of signing the contract, which will last for 1 year.
VIPC will only bill you once a month! This is a benefit of using EOR services. You do not have to track multiple payroll disbursments or tax payments on your own.
Yes, VIPC Vietnam does not accept project-based or freelance contracts. The minimum contract length must be 1 year. The client must engage in full-time employment with their employees to use VIPC Vietnam’s EOR service.
An HMO is a Health Management Organization, which is a 3rd party company used to manage insurance for your employees. As the employer of record, VIPC uses 3rd party HMOs to give health insurance to your team members in the Vietnam, in accordance with local law.
Depending on the job role, and how many candidates are shortlisted, the onboarding time can take anywhere between 1-3 weeks.
VIPC charges no set-up fee for EOR service in Vietnam. However, a deposit of 2 months will be required.
The EOR fee in Vietnam is based on the total amount invoiced to the client, regardless of how many employees you have. The fee is 10% of the total employer’s monthly payroll expense or a minimum of $250.
If you wish to terminate and employee, you will have to provide an incident report and an employee-acknowledged performance evaluation to VIPC. Our HR consultants can assist you in this process as well.
